The Mayfield Sleigh Bed Frame features a curved, fully panelled headboard and footboard to create a classic sleigh bed design. All of our bed frames are supplied with Posture Sprung Wooden Slats. Made from Plywood with a Beech veneer, these provide optimal support and reduce strain on the mattress, increasing its lifespan.

This bed frame is crafted from Solid American White Oak with an MDF inset panel in the headboard and footboard (for structural integrity purposes), and coated with a light, clear lacquer to enhance the natural qualities of the oak. Longer sections of the bed frame (such as the side rails) are constructed from large pieces of oak finger-jointed together and topped with a 0.6mm thin real oak veneer to ensure a consistent tone and finish across the whole bed frame. The Mayfield Solid Natural Oak Sleigh Bed Frame has a Natural Oak finish and will match with any of our other Natural Oak products.
